The following defendants were sentencened during the first day of Circuit Court on Thursday. DONALD R JACKSON, pled guilty to (3) counts of Unlawful Performance of Body Art on Underaged Person; a Class D Felony. He was sentenced to 4 years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,500 fine, $150.00 costs and $130 restitution. LISA LOVEJOY, pled guilty to Battery1; a Class B Felony. She was sentenced to 8 years probation, 1 which will be supervised. She was ordered to pay $100 fine, $150 costs and $250 Public Defender Fee. RONALD TAYLOR, pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance - Marijuana; a Class D Felony. He was sentenced to 4 years unsupervised probation. He was ordered to pay $500 fine, $275 costs and forfited a civil seizure. His sentenced was deffered. CHARLES DERRICK BOATMAN, pled guilty to Breaking Entering; a Class D Felony. He was sentenced to 60 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. Boatman's sentence is to run concurrent with a sentence he is serving out of St. Francis County. STEVEN CALAHAN, pled guilty and was sentenced to 8 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. CHRISTOPHER FORD, pled guilty to Interference With the Operation of a Vital Public Facility. He was sentenced to 30 months in the Arkansas Department of Corrections. He was ordered to pay $1,100.00 resitution |
