**Homicide Update**

The Arkansas State Police have had a suspect surrender himself to Special Agents of the State Police CID and The Monroe County Sheriff's Department.

Christian Franks,20, of Clarendon has been charged with Capital Murder for the death of Lilee Smith. Franks is incarcerated at the Monroe County Detention Facility. No bond has been set as the investigation is still ongoing.
