Recently the Forrest City Fire Department Drone services was requested by the Monroe County Sheriff Department and the City Clarendon Police Department, in an attempt to help locate Mr. Harold Houston who has dementia and had walked away from his home.

Chief Jeremy Sharp, Captain Collin White and Captain Justin Sharp went to assist and with the drones and were able to locate Mr. Houston safely.

I, Sheriff Michael K. Neal, and Monroe County Detective Sgt. Steven Eldridge, nominated these firefighters for a Capitol Citation from Arkansas Secretary of State Cole Jester. 

Today Detective Sgt. Steven Eldridge presented those Capitol Citations.
