The Monroe County Sheriff's Department with assistance from the Arkansas State Police, Troop D, apprehended Gary Bock, of Roe,this evening on Violation of Arkansas Hot Check Law misdemeanor charges of $1000.00 or less, and Kelly Bock, of Roe, on Violation of Arkansas Hot Check Law felony charges over $1000.00; charges stem out of Arkansas County. Both were transported to the Monroe County Jail where they were picked up by Arkansas County Sheriff's Department and transported to the Arkansas County Jail.
